This device is suitable for BMW, Mini, and Rover 75 cars built after 2001 with an OBD2 socket located under the dashboard. It has the ability to reset inspections and oil service notifications, as well as clear trouble codes and turn off the check engine light.
To use the device, simply plug it into the diagnostic socket of the car, which is usually located under the dashboard. Then, turn the ignition key to enable the board electronics to energize, but do not start the motor. Press and hold the button for the operation you want to perform, and the LED for that operation will turn on. Keep holding the button until the LED turns off, indicating that the reset is complete. Finally, release the button.
It is important to note that this device is only compatible with BMW OBD2 systems.
