This Volkswagen CarPlay/Android Auto decoder is designed to work with vehicles using the MQB platform infotainment system (MIB).
It plugs in behind the OEM screen, giving you wireless & wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while keeping your original Volkswagen menus, radio and vehicle settings.
You simply switch between the original VW interface and the new CarPlay/Android Auto interface using the factory controls.
