ANCEL HD3100 is a high-end and new style heavy duty truck diagnostic scanner loaded with advanced functions, based on Internet application and Android system with a quad-core processor.
HD3100 works on diesel powered vehicle with standard J1587, J1708, and J1939 protocol, as well as Class4-Class8 HD trucks from 2006 on.

Step 1: Simply plug into the diagnostic pedestal port on your truck and turn ignition on.
Key operation: 1) Turn the ignition on without starting the car; 2)Start the truck.
Step 2: Connect WIFI. Go to Settings>WIFI
Step 3: Once it connects to WIFI successfully, go to Settings>Activate, click "Activate"
